Refund & Return Policy

  • You may submit a return request via e-mail ( or call customer care at within 15 days of delivery.
  • All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Tags should be retained and returned.
  • Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if defective products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases which come under legal scrutiny.
  • There is no exchange or returns on discounted products.
  • Note: We strictly follow a no refund policy.

International Returns

  • We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
  • We do not accept any damage complaints after 15 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
  • Note: There might be return duties/taxes applicable, so kindly do not ship anything back to us. We won’t be liable to pay the duties/taxes that arise on the return shipment.
